READING RIGHT

 Reading Right- an ed-tech startup into explanatory education and explanatory journalism. Owing to our innate understanding in explanatory journalism (explaining educationally relevant news articles using technology) we have come around to build a product that takes explanatory education (explain using technology) to unprecedented levels. With a stellar feedback from our clients in B2B & B2G, we are now hoping to drive growth beyond compare for which we need a team that is impeccable by all accords.

Who we seek in our team?

If you are committed to a cause, possess an undying resolution, have a hustler attitude that is polite yet persistent- then hey! Where were you all this time, we are looking for you all over!

So what is your work going to look like?

1. Approach schools, colleges and coaching institutions

2. Introduce our product and work

3. Demonstrate the product use cases

4. Counsel the above mentioned clientele (schools/colleges/coaching institutes) to ensure implementation of the product

5. Provide customer support to all clientele

6. Coordinate with all internal teams for a seamless handover of the product

7. Interact with all clientele for feedback and necessary customisations.

8. Suggest areas for product improvement & also participate in product development

9. Repeat the above 8 steps while ensuring increase in the reach across multiple cities and geographies.

• Ability to communicate clearly and with conviction.

• Ability to hustle and get things done no matter the resistance.

• Ability to chase every avenue and drive conversions within record time

• Ability to internalise the idea and create pitches that align with the vision of our organisation and that of the candidates.

• And have a nerve- You have to commit to us for a minimum of 6 months (mandatory)! Yep, we need you to sign a bond! And if you have it in you to sign a 1 year bond (optional), then hey ho we have some rather cool bonuses for you packed with a journey which sees opportunities like no other from day 1, quite obviously so coz you will have earned what we call The Trust Ticket!

Remuneration:

6 months probation period at a remuneration of Rs. 8000 per month followed by a fulltime

CTC of upto INR 3.5 LPA.
