SkillEnable is creating a physical and digital network of institutes, NBFCs, banks, and students so that all stakeholders can simultaneously and efficiently meet their needs. We are a 1 plus year-old professional education company working with many Fortune 50 companies and have the backing of a diverse industry group with 30+ years of experience in various domains. We are looking to build a young professional and dynamic team to join us in an exciting journey to help bridge India's skill gap. As we are entering the booming FinTech space we have targeted to grow rapidly and achieve transactions worth Rs. 100 crores in our first 24 months.

Roles & Responsibilities:

● Conduct market research and generate leads

● Work on new products to enable credit to the underserved market

● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media and present product demonstrations

● Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and conducting follow-up communication to move leads into business

● Maintain and track lead reports to ensure complete visibility of activities, execution and results

● Drive operations for specific segments as suggested by the company


Desired Candidate Profile:

● Graduation degree in Finance / Mass communication / Mathematics / Statistics or similar field

● Entrepreneurial spirit with ‘can do’ attitude.

● Able to coordinate, organize or directing multiple teams and departments

● Strong critical thinking skills

● Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

● Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity

● Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives
