Umeed - A Drop of Hope, an internationally recognized NGO! I’m delighted to inform you that we are now recruiting Campus Ambassadors for our NGO, applications for which are welcomed from the students of your esteemed college. Some basic details about the Internship are as follows:
· Profile: Campus Ambassador
· Duration: 60 days (2 months)
· Mode of Internship: Online
· Vacancies: One from each college
· Perks: Internship Certificate, letter of recommendation and trophy to best performers.
· Mode of selection: On the basis of interview and Google form answers.
All the details about the tasks that the Ambassadors are expected to complete are described extensively in the PDF attached which can be circulated amongst the students to give them a better insight into this post.
Campus Ambassador’s Role
1.) Create
Make a core team of 10 members (1 Ambassador, 2 senior coordinator, 4 Coordinators, 1 Social Media & 2 Fund raiser, 1 Spokesperson).
Invite maximum people to join your team, take help of Social media (Whatsapp/Facebook/Instagram).
Appoint a coordinator on every 12 – 30 members & name that team on name of coordinator (e.g. Team
Rahul, Team Kashish etc.) You can also give Coordinators a target to raise members.
2.) Connect
Maintain Members Database.
Create WhatsApp group & add registered members into it.
Maintain the WhatsApp group, Keep updating about upcoming events or any other organizational info.

3.) Involve
A better manager is the person who takes out maximum output from its human recourse. You should have 1 month work plan in advance.
Every week your team should work at least for 3 hours.
You can involve you team in following activities: Children Education / Adult Education /Govt. Schemes
education/Plantation drive / Waste Management/ /Health & Fitness: Yoga camps.(all the activities should be online)
Conduct webinar on food habits / Common health problem & cure / Social Justice.
Organize weekly core team meeting on every Saturday.
4.) Evaluate
Umeed always believes in disciplined quality work, so take care of it.
Allot Hours (Hrs) to team members as per their work.
Allot 1 hour/week to member if he/she share our every post on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram.
5.) Reward
If any of your team member successfully completes his/her 60 hrs within your supervision, than he/she is eligible for “Letter of Recommendation (LoR)” After every activity, appreciate the best performer.
You can also promote the best performer within your team.
