 We are hiring for a Business Operations Generalist Role at Better Ed. We would request you to float this opportunity with those who had graduated in the years 2019 & 2020. The candidate will report directly to the Head of Customer Success & Operations. 


Ideally, the candidate is expected to have 1 year of experience in Operations / Account Management / Client Management or client servicing / or related areas.

The role will be remote until things normalize. The compensation range will be 5 lakhs - 7 Lakhs pa.

About the role
● As an initial member of the customer success and operations team, you'll be expected to
setup repeatable processes and helping us scale the function as we grow
● High empathy towards customer problems while catering to customer requirements.
● Deliver a 11* customer experience on all touchpoints.
● Handle both pre-purchase & post purchase interaction with the customers
● Partner with the product team to enable ground level learnings and ensure that customer
interests are met.
What are we looking for?
● 1+ years working in Customer Success or an Account management or client operations role
● Excellent customer relationship management skills
● Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple
terms and adapt your tone for different customers.
● You are a self-starter that anticipates requests and doesn’t need a lot of oversight.
● You nurture customer relationships and don't view them as transactional emails/calls.
● You are somebody who shares the same ethos.
Bonus
● You've an interest in education & kids.
● You have interests outside work, in art, music or any performing art.
What is our interview process?
● An initial 30 min call to understand each other at a high level.
● Work on a case study or assignment together to ensure a good match.
