IDBI Federal Life has earned a name for the Internship Program it provides to several management institutes across India for the past several years. Last year, we had the privilege of hosting around 80 colleges with hundreds of successful interns throughout the country.
We would be glad to collaborate with your organization for the upcoming Summer Internship Program organised by Ageas Federal Life Insurance, location- only Kolkata branch. This Internship is designed in such a unique way that candidates from diverse fields such as Finance, Marketing, Human resources, etc. are all able to pursue it successfully while learning various new techniques and skills practically which would help them in setting a strong foothold in their career in future. There are several modules in this program, the details of which have been given in the Internship brochure enclosed herewith. Moreover, the interns would get stipend (variable amount) during their SIP, depending on their efficiency and productivity which would instigate their zeal to give their best performance.
On successful completion of this internship (all modules mentioned in the brochure are mandatory), each candidate would be provided with a certificate issued by the company.
Here, we would like to mention that as of now, we offer only the Internship opportunity to the candidates but not any final placement. Also, we do not visit any institute physically for selection procedure. The whole process is done over e-mails and telephonic/ video conferences which are conducted by us in coordination of the candidates and the placement committee.

The Internship Platform provided by Ageas Federal Life Insurance has been designed in a consolidated manner where all candidates irrespective of their specialization have to undergo all the 3 modules mentioned in the brochure.
