Financial Research Summer Internship Program
For 2nd year 2023 batch - any discipline
The Financial Research (FinRes) group provides research and analysis support to the entire investment life cycle of the firm’s global proprietary trading strategies. The group caters to almost all the quantitative and qualitative strategies of the firm and its research support covers multiple asset classes, sectors, and geographies.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
. Hands-on, collaborative opportunities to get a glimpse into the nature and scope of the group’s work
. Working on a project designed to apply your analytical skills, logical thinking, and application of relevant concepts to real-world challenges
. Understanding the project and generating key insights through data-driven analysis
. Collaborating across the team, including with senior members of the Financial Research group, for two months
. Learning more about our business and investment management industry through knowledge exchange sessions with senior leadership
Who we’re looking for:
The ideal candidate should:
. Be a pre-final year student pursuing a graduate program in any discipline
. Have attention to detail and the ability to think unconventionally
. Be exceptionally bright, motivated, and a creative thinker
. Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
