Organisation: Nestasia is a startup e-commerce organization which was conceptualized by Ms. Aditi Murarka Agrawal and then joined by Mr. Anurag Agrawal. It started in 2019 and has been growing exponentially ever since. Nestasia deals in exquisite tableware, kitchenware and home décor products catering to a clientele spread across the nation and has plans to expand overseas as well.

Required: Fresh Graduate - B.Com, BMS, Mass Comm, BA General

Position: 1. Customer Relationship Manager - 3 

               2. Marketing Executive - 1

JD: 

1. Customer Relationship Manager

 Handle customer queries / issues / concerns / feedback / grievances

 Manage WhatsApp and Instagram to resolve customer queries before and after the purchase

 Convert queries / leads into sales (business development)

 Pay utmost attention to details

 Provide quick, prompt and correct responses both on phone and laptop

 Manage customers queries in their preferred language i.e. English or Hindi

 Communicate with a premium audience in an efficient manner

 Understand the category of tableware and home decoration product thoroughly

2. Marketing Executive

 Scrutinize all content developed for the website

 Check whether the correct product is mapped with the correct content

 Ensure smooth uploading of all the products onto the website

 Be well versed with MS Excel, website navigation, media tools etc.
