Here at Baskethunt Pvt. Ltd as a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for conducting thorough marketing research on competitors' products and services whilst also engaging with the customers in detailed and interactive meetings, working on lead generation and revenue generation. Also responsible for collecting feedback from the clients and updating it to senior leads on a regular basis. Responsibilities

 Engaging in superior customer service by making information readily available

 Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them while creating revenue for the organization

 Analysis and creation of a plan for engaging the target market

 Analyse the competition to create a plan for engagement

 Drive product appeal to the target market and generate leads for revenue purposes

 Preparing marketing strategies via engaging in acquisition and promotional email marketing

 Conducting extensive research on competitors' products and services.


Requirements

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

 Outstanding project management skills.

 Demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

 Ability to work under pressure.

 Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Here at Baskethunt Pvt. Ltd, we're searching for HR Interns to work on a process efficiency initiative for Talent Acquisition and assist with departmental administrative tasks. Understanding the present process, interacting with many stakeholders to get a viewpoint, and recommending an effective procedure are all tasks of the HR Intern. He or she will also assist recruiters with onboarding efforts and ensuring that the approach is consistent. We'd like to meet you if you're interested in starting a career in HR and learning more about how our organization conducts recruiting and talent acquisition.


Responsibilities

 Source candidates by using job boards, career pages, and social media to post, update, and delete employment listings

 Screen resumes and application forms

 Scheduling interviews and selecting candidates according to their interviews with updating CRM applications and conducting onboarding processes

 Drive a process improvement project in Talent Acquisition

 Prepare HR related report as needed

 Take feedback meetings for the process and maintain a healthy environment within the organization

Requirements

 Experience with MS-Office and Google Suite

 Basic understanding of recruiting

 Organizational and Leadership skills
