We are youth marketers. We have nothing to do with wine or grapes. However, we have everything to do with communication, creativity, and conversation. We are a 1500-college-strong network (the clan, growing as you blink) of overachieving college students (the chiefs), across 50+ Indian cities. We exist to shape brands and co-create brand experiences for young and used-to-be-younger India. Also, we work to provide opportunities and resources for growth and learning to our network (top clients - MTV, MTV Beats, VH1, Penod, and Aawaz).


OPEN POSITIONS: Community Manager

                                 Research Intern

 

POSITION: Community Manager

 

JOB DESCRIPTION
-Create, manage and engage the different student and non-student networks across 52 cities in India for Grapevine and its clients

-Lead team of 4 community managers to develop effective communication, engagement strategy for all networks

-Monitor, track, and report on community performances across cities and networks

-Develop, deploy plans to enhance relationships, bond with ambassadors across networks

-Refining and delivering results for all clients through different communities in India

-Control and grow communities of 5000+ students and young corporates in India

-Opportunities to get insights and data of the largest, most valuable population audience in India

-Direct reporting access to COO

-Access to 50+ cities and 2000+ college networks across India through Grapevine

 

QUALIFICATION:

·       Graduate in Communication or HR

·       Prior internship experience at a leadership post in an ambassador program (Preferred)

·       Knowledge of Indian youth industry — colleges and brands

·       Understanding and connects with college students and young corporates to develop engaging strategies for the communities

·       Creates innovative campaigns for the community to grow and establishes an aspirational value with it

·       Ability to assess risks and targets across different communities and cities

·       Identify and associate with different strategic partners to grow and incentivize the communities

·       Competency and working knowledge of data analytics and converting the data into actionable insights on the community behavior

STIPEND: 2.5 to 4 lakhs (Based on experience)

 

POSITION: Research Intern

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

1. Coming up with topics trending amongst Gen Z
2. Creating surveys for our community, analyzing the results, and managing qualitative research interviews for various clients
3. Coming up with insights, posts, and captions for Grapevine's social media accounts
4. Creating the social media and tasks calendar
5. Helping in getting brand tasks and social media tasks done by the ambassadors
6. Coordinating with the community manager and operations team for various projects
7. Working on any other tasks allotted

 

QUALIFICATION:

 

1. Must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent

2. Must have prior internship experience in marketing research, insights, or other similar fields

3. Must have strong communication and managerial skills

4. Must have strategic planning and execution skills

5. Must be curious and eager to learn about new things and have a knack for keeping up with new trends.

 

STIPEND:  5000 INR/ month
