Roles & Responsibilities
* Complete daily outbound call quotas through allocated leads
* Create a sales pipeline & convert leads to meet and exceed targets
* Student and parent interactions at key intervals
* Ensure a strong upsell, and engage potential leads through various funnels offered by the company
* Upselling & cross-selling relevant OPUS services
* Ensure process compliance and timely reporting
* Constant engagement with students and faculty to ensure strong feedback loops to facilitate an amazing learning experience for the kids
* Comfortable with Social Media / and open to learning new media communication strategies
CTC: Rs.3/- to 3.5/- lacs pm
