Position: Trainee – Sales & Marketing

Require: Final Year B.Com / BBA / M.Com – Sales & Marketing background     

Cut off: 60%

Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
Aiming to gain a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; coordinating new product development.
Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. 
Accomplish marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Identifiy marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business;
He/She  must always try to expand his/her base and bring in new customers and for that he/she  should learn to identify potential customers and their needs
Representing their company at events
