Position: Associate
Required: The final year 2022 batch of B.Sc - Economics, Statistics, Mathematics
Location: Willing to work in Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore offices (if required)
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Math, Economics)
- Eagerness to learn and ability to quickly apply to learn
Experience working with Excel, Power BI, SQL, PowerPoint
Pre-requisites:
- Position: Associate
- Qualifications: B.Sc
- 70% throughout their career
- Not more than 2 years of academic break
- Students with current backlogs are not eligible
Role Description:
People Analytics drives to meaningful and predictive insights that can directly impact C-suite decisions. The growing team is looking for a fast learner who enjoys analyzing data and can communicate effectively.
Key Requirements will include:
- Ability to independently run analyses by leveraging multiple data sources and then synthesizing insights into a concise and easily actionable summary.
- Effective communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects and collaborate with various HR stakeholders.
- Perform data validation and work with appropriate stakeholders to ensure data integrity.
