Shiv Shakti Steel Pvt. Ltd. (SSSPL) is 325 tonn per day manufacturing unit of sponge iron and a 50 tonn per hour coal washery. The plant is in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The H.O. is in Kolkata. The major client of SSSPL is Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., Monnet and various other local Furnace owners. It is one of the largest sponge Iron manufacturing unit in Raigarh. It is a growing Company & intends to install a thermal power and waste heat recovery plant in the next couple of years.

1) Looking after day to day activities of the plant.
2) Overlooking the purchase of raw materials.
3) Liasioning with Govt. departments.
4) Directly reporting to the CEO of the Plant.
5) Overlooking book of Accounts
6) Management

Reviewing and developing operational processes to improve performance and maximise growth.Strong financial skills,including financial reporting abilities.Strong marketing development skills to successfully develop new long term customers into the mainstream. Knowledge of laws and regulations and industry trends (Manufacturing). Excellent customer service skills to grow a company's client base. In charge of entire supply chain management both for incoming and outgoing material. Close coordination with production, planning and sales team for day to day production/dispatch of material to the customers.Strong commercial acumen in terms of planning, costing, negotiation & profitability. Fair knowledge of ERP system & advance excel, presentation etc. Should lead a team of about +15 persons. Experience +10 Years.
