Job Description:

 Looking to hire B.Com,  BBA  (finance/marketing specialization), B.Sc Economics, Marketing / Sales Management, Integrated Marketing   Students to help drive company Marketing and sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. To ensure success as a Sales and Marketing Executive, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch Sales and Marketing Executive creates strategies that align with modern consumer trends.The candidate for this Role will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, Students will use their Marketing Skills to identify right prospects leading to sales opportunities with new customers.

Roles and Responsibilities Marketing Profile

  • Conduct necessary primary research to identify and qualify potential prospects
  • Interacting with new clients using Emails, chats, Tele conversation, social media
  • Dealing with Corporate Clients and Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
  • Handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned and Coordination with senior managers in sales matters
  • Create and execute a digital marketing plan
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential customers
  • Create and administer online campaigns to increase website traffic, brand awareness,visibility, lead generation,market Research and Preparing report
  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media
  • Promoting content over social media, in a way that is consistent with the organisation’s brand and social media strategy
  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns
  • Analyse Sales statistics to determine business growth potential
  • Develops or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company
  • Align with peers for social media strategy, content and implementation
  • Seeks out and targets new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company 

Job Role and Description For HR interns:
coordinating new hire orientations candidates.
Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
Organizing interviews and short listing candidates.
Screening potential employees' resumes and application for identify suitable candidates to fill company job
 
Task- Marketing Research Project and Strategy Planning
Students will be provided with a virtual situation and a problem statement. Depending on the learning from the first task, students should be able to explain the opportunities and challenges    associated with the service.
Task -Marketing Analytic:-
 Students will be trained  how to analyze the real-time data sets They will be provided with real-time data sets which they will be asked to analyze and come up with a recommendation.
 Students will be provided with different project options to work on comprehensively. They can themselves come up with project topics as well

OPERATIONS PROFILE
Understand the customer contact model. Students will learn how operation plays a central role in boosting the marketing and sales in an organization.They will learn how operations play a central role in deciding marketing strategies.

BUSINESS ANALYTICS PROFILE-  Product Learning And  Data Visualization
Learn & understand various aspects of the Service
Learn how Lead gets generated
Learn how to visualize data effectively
