We are in the process of identifying Graduate Trainees –(2022 BATCH) for Vedanta Group with a qualification of MCom/BCom. The candidate should fulfill the below criteria.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

60% throughout in 10th, 12th, Graduation and Post-graduation, without any backlogs at the time of selection and joining

No other gap in regular course of studies is allowed except for 1 year gap between 12th & Graduation or Graduation & Post Graduation

Regular full time Graduation degree

 

(Department- Order MANAGEMENT)

 

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform troubleshoot on all sales order and assist to identify and execute various enhancement to all management process.
• Ensure compliance to all company and business policies and administer all open sales order and ensure appropriate order flow.
• Manage all communications with all sales department order and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes.
• Prepare and update sales through proper channels offline & online.
• Monitor all customer performance, evaluate all orders, and provide all required approvals.
• Verify all order line and prepare order reports on everyday basis and manage all shipment and respond to all inquiries for all status order and resolve all customer issues and prepare efficient schedule for that project

 

(Department- Marketing)

• New Business development of Wore Rods/TMT/DIP
• Key Account Management
• Production Planning of products in line with customer’s requirements
• Account reconciliation of Key Accounts
• Payment Collection
• Stock Analysis and Liquidation Planning
• Seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Competitor Benchmarking

Compensation Details:

 

For MSc/MCom

Fixed: 3.75 L + Variable: 1.75 L

Total CTC: 5.50 L

 

For BSc/BCom

Fixed: 3.25 L + Variable: 1.40 L

Total CTC: 4.65 L
