- Candidates will be on probation for the first 3 months during which there will be a salary of Rs 20,000 per month for BBA candidates and Rs 22,000 per month for MBA candidates.
- On completion of the probation period, based on performance and behavior, a permanent role will be offered and the candidate will be eligible for Employee Benefit (2,000 to 4,000 per month) and incentives (based on targets they achieve).
- For these roles, we can look at BBA/B. Com/MBA (2021 & 2022 grads).
**The selected candidates need to sign an employment bond for 1yr 3months for these roles**
