Mahika Mishra Foundation ( https://www.lettersforchange.ngo/) is a non-profit organization, completely driven by students that work on creating opportunities for children to express their opinions and concerns. Its flagship initiative called Letters for Change strives to give an opportunity to children to write letters on issues that they think can change their lives.

Mahika Mishra Foundation is pleased to announce internship opportunities for you. If you are motivated and interested to run a real organization and gain hands-on experience in making an impact, then we encourage you to apply.

 

Highlights of the Internship

1.    Each internship will be having a mutually agreed upon, specific, time bound deliverable as mentioned below in the link which needs to be completed by the end of internship.

2.    These will be work from home internships. Each intern will be required to join weekly video calls on a need basis.

3.    Each internship position is available for two durations that you can choose as per your convenience and availability:

●  Short term: 2-3 months

● Medium term: 4-5 months

4. Interns will be expected to contribute a minimum of 10 hours per week. Sometimes the number of hours could be more depending on the tasks on hand.

5.    On successful completion of the internship, each intern will be awarded a certificate based on their performance.

 

Skills required

●  Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

●  Superior relationship skills

●   Accuracy and attention to detail

●  Willingness to learn and improve business processes
