The EY NextGen Women is a global competition that recognizes talent women currently studying at university level or equivalent with the potential to have a fulfilling careers in EY Strategy and Transactions.

- Winner: The winner will get an opportunity to represent India at the global event for EY NextGen Women - FY 2022 title.
- Top finalists: The top 10 finalists of country final round will be offered employment opportunity with Strategy & Transactions, EY India.
- Experience: Participating in the competition will provide you with new experiences, build your confidence, increase your network and help kick-start your career.
