Quality Assurance Engineer

Responsibilities:

● Work as part of cross-functional, passionate agile project teams to ensure quality is driven into the heart of the development process from requirements definition to delivery

● Contributing toward predictable delivery of quality releases

● Conduct end-to-end testing initiatives throughout the entire SDLC from test planning, test design, test execution, and test reporting.

● Proactively bringing issues and problems to the attention of the team; generating, proposing and implementing innovative solutions to solve them

● Meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of test cases and results Basic Requirements:

● Good communication skills

● Willingness to learn and explore new avenues in testing (manual, automation etc.)

● Must possess strong analytical ability

Preferred Qualifications:

● Proficient in working with databases

● Some knowledge of Unix/Linux

● Prior experience / knowledge with Software Testing will be a plus

● Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle

1) IT (Software Engineering) Roles 

These roles are with LogicSquare Technologies (https://www.logic-square.com) in our Kolkata & Delhi offices and will be on the job training roles.

a) For Quality Assurance, we are looking for BCA/MCA/BTECH in 2021 & 2022 batches.

b) For Project Assistance , we are looking for BCA/MCA/BTECH in 2021 & 2022 batches.

The salary will increase every 6 months during the first 3 years and there will be an additional annual bonus based on the performance. Detailed salary structures are shared. 

**The selected candidates need to sign a bond for 2yrs for these roles and a penalty of 1.25 lacs will be charged if someone fails to complete the tenure** 

The selection process will be as follows:

#1 Aptitude & Communication Tests (online) 

#2 ONE on ONE Interview.
