Timeline For Document Submission

 

The Candidates are advised to upload the following documents in the FedRecruit Mobile Application. (User Guide attached) on or before 20.05.2022 (12.00 P.M)

Documents/ Certificates to be uploaded to ‘Fed Recruit’ Mobile Application

• 10^th Mark list
• 12^th Mark list
• Graduation Mark lists (Semester wise mark list / consolidated mark list etc.  - Whichever is available.)

• Certificate from College & Declaration From College (Formats attached ).

• Proof for Date of Birth (ID proofs, Address Proof, Birth Certificate)
• Proof for Address (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, Voters ID etc.)
• College ID Card
• Other relevant certificates, if any.

 

Note

 

• The campus Program handout is attached .Candidates should ensure that they are eligible to participate in the selection process as per the eligibility criteria stipulated by the Bank and should complete the document submission adhering to the timeline.

 

• In case the candidate is yet to receive Semester wise mark lists, candidate should upload the screenshot/image of the individual semester/year  from the Exam Portal/Student Information Portal . The image should be clear and also should cover the Name and Roll No of the Candidate.

 

• Candidate has to upload  the documents(Certificate from College & Declaration From College)  in the FedRecruit App after getting it  duly signed by the competent authority. Competent Authority shall sign the documents mentioning Name and Designation after verifying the details.

 

• CGPA / Grade Point into Percentage Conversion Certificate for Graduation (If applicable) .Candidate can  submit the relevant and latest circulars or notifications of the University / College regarding conversion of Grade Point into equivalent Percentage.

 

• The Candidates can upload the documents in the ‘Supporting Document’ (if required)

 

 

The schedule (Time and Venue) of the Final Interview post successful primary document verification will be informed in due course.
