We are a social enterprise working with rural women artisans of Odisha. We create home decor-based products and sell them to global retailers. Currently, we are working with clients in the USA & India. We have a friendly, flexible, and safe working environment. Education: Bachelors in Commerce/Management with decent academic records (65+ Preferred). A candidate, who is smart, articulate and detail-oriented with good quantitative aptitude would be a great fit. Students from other courses with an inclination toward marketing might apply
Skills Required: Excel, Word, English Proficiency (Spoken & Written).
Job Role: Marketing cum Operations Manager ( Includes 3 months internships)
Work Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary: A stipend of 15K during the probation period. 3 - 3.5 Lakhs after confirmation (Depending on the candidate's performance ).
Work Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the company's management to brainstorm the strategies for acquiring customers and discuss the findings of marketing plans
  • Conduct marketing activities such as email marketing campaigns and handling trade expos queries for acquiring B2B clients (on-time follow-up and building trust with the clients would be the key here)
  • Customer relationship management and price negotiations
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the product is in line with the sales
  • Brainstorming with founders and suggesting strategies for the product development and marketing
  • Taking ownership of strategic and operational tasks and being actively involved in driving growth
  • Structuring and streamlining the current processes
  • Working on special projects which are essential for the growth of the businesses
  • Solving problems through structured thinking, research, project planning, and on-ground execution
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure
