Campus Recruitment Program:-
· Eligibility Criteria - 60% or 7.0 CGPA Average till 7th Semester. Only 12 + 4 Years Degree (B.E/B.Tech ,MCA or equivalent), B.Sc. (science with mathematics, computer science or equivalent), with No Paper backlog.
· Duration: 6-8 months Internship (
· Compensation: 8K - 10K/month stipend during the Internship program. Post Job confirmation (From Internship to Trainee) package for B Tech, B.E & MCA (4 years or above degree after 10+2) will be revised based on his/her internship feedback, final semester results (The Compensation Varies from 15K to 20K per month)
· Training & Development Program: 3-month training (on Pursuit curriculum) + 3 months on the project
· Service Commitment Agreement - Post 8th Semester completion (Post result declaration), 24 Months of SLA
· Documentations - Aadhar card, Pan card, All 7 semester Marks card (only scanned copy), latest Resume, Passport Size photo
· Assets/Logistics - Need to use your own Laptop during the first 3 months. Company to provide laptop (if needed by candidate/Case to Case basis) when project starts
· On Job Training on latest technologies
· Financial support to achieve various technology Certifications & Higher Degree (PG)

What commitment do we want?
Freshers Commitment:
• 24 Months of SLA , violating which he/she will reimburse the company 1.2 lacks as the cost of training and other grooming related investment made by the company.
Institution Commitment:
• NOC for students to work as full-time employees/interns.
• Assurance from your side that the selected students who have passed our eligibility test will be joining with us only and be barred from other interview processes.
• Final exams result to be shared with Pursuit SPOC.
• College must allow full-time internships with Pursuit Software Pvt Ltd and after completion of 6 months students will be getting certificates.
What is the selection process? (A typical interview process)
• Profile shortlisting criteria - Minimum 60% marks per academic year (or Average of the two semesters for the year)
• Coder byte online assessment based 4 hrs. of online tests (Proctored) that includes (Creative writing, Aptitude test, MCQ on Technical, Logical reasoning, non-technical tests, and Coding challenges)
• Level1 (VDO must), Level2 (VDO must)
