Job description for Content Writer & Manager Internship position
Location: WFH
Type: Part Time, Full Time
Duration of the Internship - 3 Months minimum

Learning Roles and Responsibilities
Indepth research on subject matter (job market), trending posts on social media platforms and latest news.
Creating high performing posts (primarily test based) for LinkedIn (60 posts a month), and other social medai- FB, Instagram and Youtube.
Evaluate each post/blog performance, measure the success of every social media campaign/posts, provide constructive feedback and alter posting strategy based on results.
Devising ideas to create engaging content for courses- researching available tech tools to be incorporated in the course, developing engaging gimmicks to increase engagement of students.
Write/edit blogs, newsletter (two per week) for website and SEO optimised content for landing pages.
Write persuasive copy for email marketing campaigns.
Developing and preparing marketing presentations using MS PPT, Canva and other software.
Writing marketing pitches and emails to attract attention.
Researching on trending topics and posting on Instagram/ Youtube and suggesting ideas to create posts.
Key Skills
SEO content writing, creative writing with no plagiarism. Must have Proofreading Capability
Extensive reading skills and research skills. Willing to take up reading assignments.
Knowledge of MS suite (PPT, word, excel) and other designing tools like photoshop canva etc.
Video editing and creating videos will be preferred.
Self-motivated with eagerness to learn new skills.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
Qualifications and requirements:
6 months experience as a content writer
Candidates from Journalism/Media Science/English Hons. Mwill get preference
Looking for a CREATIVE person who can come up with new ideas.
Must have GOOD English Writing skill
Must have GOOD Knowledge of Creative Writing Skills
Active in Social Media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube)
Must have a laptop/PC and good internet connection(Internet reimbursement will be given).
Must be proactive and dynamic. Candidate must be highly adaptive
Attention to detail, problem solver
