Backend Developer

Are you a self-starter looking to solve real-life problems? Tutree is Solving Labor shortage issues around the world by crowdsourcing Recruiting. We are looking for Smart engineers who love challenges. We are looking to hire a candidate who can join our Backend team. This position requires an analytical, results-driven backend hacker who will work with the rest of our team to troubleshoot and improve processes and applications.

Responsibilities:-

 Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

 Implement performance and quality modules.

 Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

 Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

 Coordination with other developers for cross-functional requirements implementation and tests.

 Resolve issues proactively to deliver high-quality products.

Requirements:-

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar.

 Up to 2 years of experience in C++ or Golang.

 Experience with algorithms/data structures knowledge.

 Software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience preferred.

 Thorough knowledge of the standard library (Gin).

 Implementation of automated testing platforms and unit tests.

 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git).

 Familiarity with CI/CD.

**Salary: Up to 3.6 LPA CTC **
