Major Deliverables

 MT program induction provides you with an unparalleled exposure to the various businesses /

functions of Tata Capital and gives you an overview of the company, to help in the grooming

process for future leadership roles. You could find yourself masterminding a strategy to launch a

new product or service offering or increase sales with a focus on untapped market segments

/geographies or you could be negotiating with auto dealers across several states.

 The MT Programme will teach you about our business, partners, people and products through

hands-on jobs and a range of projects.

 At the conclusion of the program, Management Trainees will largely assume field sales or credit

positions. There could also be positions for Corporate Functions (Marketing / Finance /

Treasury, etc.).
