The Analyst profile at TresVista encompasses a two-year program where the individual is not limited to one function and can expect to work on diverse financial projects. TresVista’s strategy of having Analysts partner with Associates and dedicate themselves to clients provides them with a rich learning experience. An Analyst can expect to gain the skills of investment banking, private equity, public equity, fixed income, and research, as well as value direct exposure to senior investment professionals – both internally and externally. TresVista invests time in its Analysts. Analysts at TresVista will complete a comprehensive induction training program that will prepare them to evaluate new investment opportunities, create and maintain market analysis, and work closely with clients on strategic projects. The training enables Analysts to meet the high expectations of the company and exceed those of its clients
TresVista is a leading provider of high-end research, analytics and other customized financial services including valuation, financial modeling, research, portfolio management etc.   Founded in late 2006 by 2 ex-Merrill lynch bankers.  Strength is ~120 people and growing its client and revenue base at 50%,  Strong global client base - Primarily Private Equity firms. Required: Final year 2016 batch : B.Com – Finance, BBA – Finance,  Mass Comm, Economics
Position: Analyst

Prerequisites: • Interest in finance • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Ability to meet client driven deadlines(demanding hours) • Entrepreneurial and proactive attitude • Strong analytical ability • Passion to continuously learn and grow • Dedication to exceeding client’s expectations • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Eye for detail Responsibilities Assumed: • Interacting with senior investment professionals • Taking ownership of client deliverablesfrom beginning to end • Managing time and workload • Performing research and financial analysis Tasks Executed: • Financial modeling • Preparing security valuations • Creating financial analysis • Landscaping sectors • Identifying investment opportunities • Writing industry/equity research reports • Preparing information memorandums • Conducting merger consequence analysis Opportunity: • Entry level into high end finance • Steep learning curve • Hands on experience working with clients • Insight into industry of finance • Acquisition of several transferable skills • Ability to diverge into any stream of finance or business Page 2 of 2 Growth Opportunity: • High performing Analysts may get promoted to Senior Analyst after completion of one year • Senior Analysts may get promoted to an Associate, a post-MBA position, with a significant increase in compensation and benefits
