 ## Position: Executive-Holidays

Who are we looking for?

This role is for a dynamic, energetic, creative person with the ability to market/sell international holidays to deliver outstanding revenue results.

Here's what you'd be doing (but not limited to)

 Design, develop and plan products/ itineraries in line with the needs of modern-day travellers.

 Interact with clients over the phone, email offering sound advice and information related to products and destinations.

 Maximize profitability through negotiation with suppliers over prices and rates

 Deliver outstanding levels of customer service with a view to exceed their expectations.

 Arrange flights, insurance and accommodation.

 Advise customers on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports.

 Handle operations and post-sales for outbound travel.

 Provide regular reporting to management.

 Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.

 Constantly update/modify holiday experiences based on customer feedback.

Skills

 Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English is required

 Energetic, confident, innovative.

 Strong customer orientation

 Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to work independently.

 Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.


Qualifications and Experience

 Post-graduate preferred. However, if you are a smart, confident graduate and passionate about travel then you are welcome to apply.

 Excellent command of MS office suite and social media


## Position: Executive- Marketing and Operations

This role is for a dynamic, energetic, creative person with the ability to deliver outstanding revenue results.

Here's what you'd be doing (but not limited to)

• Design/develop innovative travel products for modern-day travelers.

• Conceptualize and execute compelling, result-oriented campaigns in the digital media.

• Tie-up with leading brands across different industries to introduce cross-branded promotions.

• Curate events across the year to engage with the target audience.

• Interact with clients to cater to their holiday requirements.

• Maximize profitability through negotiation with suppliers.

• Deliver outstanding levels of customer service with a view to exceed their expectations.

• Provide regular reporting to management.

• Organize and attend tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.

• Constantly update/modify holiday experiences based on customer feedback.

Skills

• Exceptional written/verbal communication skills in English is required

• Energetic, confident, innovative.

• Proven sales and marketing abilities

• Exposure in brand building in the digital space and in the traditional media

• Exposure to SEO, SMM and other online marketing tools.

• Strong customer orientation

• Should have an entrepreneurial spirit and can work independently.

• Knowledge of operations in a travel management company is an added advantage.

• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
