Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
· Coordination with employees across all geographies to understand their well-being and pulse
· Planning and implementing Employee Engagement events and activities
· Ensuring high levels of Employee Satisfaction
· Engaging with stakeholders in Senior Management for approvals, budgets and feedback
Desired Candidate Profile
· Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
· Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power-Point) and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator (preferable)
· Based and located in Kolkata
