Internship

IDEA is a collective blend of veterans and young innovative minds, from the social sector, with a collective experience of over 300 man-years. We offer innovative educational solutions to students of the social sciences domain. We hold a vast experience of working with 70+ interns over the years and have aided them in shaping up their successful careers. 

Keeping in mind, the National Education Policy, 2020, our Team of Experts have prepared this 3 Months Research Internship Programme, offering interns a unique chance of upscaling themselves in the art of undertaking a Research Study on a topic of their interest. We guide interns on various aspects of governance, livelihoods, health, education, rural development, gender empowerment, entrepreneurship development, CSR, and the like. What we specifically teach undergraduate and graduate students are the basic concepts of :

1. Research Methodologies
2. Survey Design and Implementation
3. Data Compilation and Analysis
4. Policy Research
5. Field Visits and Educational Excursions
6. Report Writing and Publication

The above is imparted through extensive One to One Mentoring with possible on-ground exposures. Probably, nowhere in the nation, such an inclusive initiative is conducted to introduce students to the basic concept of research.
