Position: Trainee Content Developer

Required: The final year 2022 batch - All UG /PG/COP  

Location: Kolkata

Job Details

Positions open: There is a requirement for 25 candidates but the count can go to even 30 if we find the best & worthful candidates during the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Students who have completed / pursuing, final year / semester, graduation / post-graduation / diploma, in any discipline.

2. Students who have completed / pursuing, Bachelor’s / Master’s degree / Diploma, in English, Journalism & Mass Communication, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Digital Marketing, Advertising & Brand Management, will be preferred. The above will be considered as the threshold criteria for shortlisting.

Job Role & Responsibilities

1. Developing grammatically flawless & informative content on different niches, primarily on subjects related to Economics & Finance.

2. Writing unique Articles, Blogs, Website Pages, Product Descriptions, Product Reviews, Press Releases.

3. Editing/proofreading content for factual & grammatical accuracy.

4. Optimizing the content as per the latest Search Engine Optimization (SEO) trends to make them publish-ready.

Skills Needed

1. Candidates with English medium background preferred (10 + 2).

2. Must have excellent English writing / editorial skills.

3. High English vocabulary, good time management skills & willingness to learn.

CTC: Rs.3/- lacs pa

Pay offered to the selected candidates: Monthly stipend of Rs. 10, 000/- + Performance Incentives up to Rs. 5,000/- is paid during the training/probation period. Thereafter, on successful completion of the training/probation period, trainees will be absorbed as Associate Content Developer with a CTC of 3 LPA.

*CTC can be revised after a minimum period of 1 year of employment depending upon the performance.
