As an Instructional Designer (ID) of self-paced online learning, you will work closely with our in-house Project-Management and Instructional Design teams. You will be liaising directly with our internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SME) on a global scale to gather requirements, then maintain existing contents and create attractive new learning content. You will need to demonstrate experience of all aspects of instructional design, including scoping and high-level, detailed design of high-quality online learning. The training is for a SaaS (Software as a Service) product that changes rapidly, so you will need to be resilient. You will need to demonstrate a creative yet appropriate use of our TDK brand and tone of voice, graphics, system simulations and animations, and produce detailed storyboards that meet internal standards for any media assets required. To be successful, you must have experience of Content Management Systems. We’d also expect you to be able to develop SME-level knowledge of our Cornerstone Learning Management System and our internal Content Management System.

Requirements: The Final year 2022 batch of B.Com, BMS, Mass Comm, M.Com, MA - English, Pol Sc, Sociology. 

COP - HRM, MCP

 Regular UG/PG in Instructional Design or Multimedia or any related field from a reputed University with first class throughout academics.

 Experience: Not needed, but of advantages.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, preferably in Chinese too.

 Excellent interpersonal skills, friendly demeanor and being approachable is a must.

 Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.

 Professional, proactive, and organized with a strong attention to detail.

 Good knowledge of MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).

 Adequate knowledge of web meeting systems and web delivery tools.

Job Responsibilities:

Authoring Tool Specialist activities for Global HR:

 Develop content together with Subject Matter Experts

 Coordinate & create regional content with Local Authors

 Ensure alignment with content quality policy for regional/local content

 Identifying local/regional content which can be upgraded to Regional/Global content and coordinate the upgradation

 Upload Global/Regional/Local content in LMS and ensure the contents are smoothly operating in the system

 Report status of content development at regional & local level to the Regional Training Admin.

 Coordinate language translation for regional content

 Troubleshoot any problems, questions and issues around the authoring tool for local authors

 Train local Authors, Subject Matter Experts

 Arrange monthly regional meetings with local authors

 Decide for regional priorities for licenses administration

 Follow up on deadlines & on time reviews

 Replacing Regional Authoring Tool Specialists in their absence

Recruitment process: Online interview, physical interview of the shortlisted candidate in our Kalyani Office, Online interaction with our colleagues in Germany & Sweden for the tentatively selected candidate.

Initially as Management Trainee for one year. After one year, based on performance, the candidate shall be taken in a permanent role where the position depends on the performance during the first year.

CTC: Rs.4/- lacs pa
