Designation – Certified Internet Consultants (CIC)

Department – Sales 

Location- Delhi/NCR, UP, HARYANA, Uttarakhand, Jammu

  Salary: Upto 3 LPA for freshers

Qualification: The final year 2022 batch of Graduate/ postgraduate

    

Purpose of the Role –

 To accomplish lasting impact by creating a pathway of success to our customers. To leverage on our strength that which benefits our client’s campaign bringing them the high return of investment.

To become a part of our driving sales force contributing to increase client acquisition wherein they become the revenue generator for our organization.

 

Key Responsibilities –

 Identifying business opportunities by identifying individual business owners, SME’s, Entrepreneurs, and Professionals and evaluating their position in the market, researching and analysing sales opportunities.

To develop a business relationships with our end customer by providing support and solutions recommending our services benefitting their business requirements.

To provide presentations and demonstrate our organizations packages and of our services.

To obtain qualitative business information of the business enterprise he/she visits and also explains them of the same on how it would be represented to the users of Just dial.

To explain in detail of our product’s features, advantages, benefits, tenure and all the terms and conditions related to the product the client is showing interest upon.

To contribute in persuading the business owners/SME’s to become our registered customers which shall enhance the productivity of their business.

To actively play the role of a consultant providing the customers with relevant answers and solutions to the query they raise.

To prepare report by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and send the Key Parameter Monitor (KPM) report to the reporting managers on daily basis.

Skills and Work Experience Required:

 Language Proficiency - Fluent in English/Hindi

Communication Skill - Good communication skill to explain the services of Justdial and also be able to comprehend queries and doubts of clients; helping them to handle the clients

 Other requirements –

 Ability to perform under challenging situations and comprehending the need of the business by following directives received from the management time on time.

Ability to strive for performance by staying positive, displaying leadership quality and team work.

II. JOB CONTENT

a. Purpose of the role:The role holder is responsible for meeting customers and acquiring new business by managing the sales operation in a particular geographical area to achieve his/her daily, monthly and annual sales targets.

b. Key Responsibilities:

 Responsible for attending appointments allocated in geographical area / pin code assigned.

 Responsible for making sales presentations and generating revenuewithin established Just Dial guidelines.

 Responsible for achieving daily, monthly and annual targets.

 Responsible for providing right information to the client and selling the right product without engaging in any fraudulent activity. Responsible for checking Genio module on regular basis so that appointments are not missed and online appointments can be tracked.

 Responsible for attending team and branch meetings on time.

 Responsible for submission of contracts and documents on time to Sales Coordination department.

 Responsible for managing :

 Conversion of appointments

 Average collection per contract

 ECS &Bounce collection

 Conflicts related to sales

 Responsible for retention of existing clients

c. Skills and Work Experience required:

 Familiarity with the location - geographically and culturally

 Good communication and presentation skills.

 Fluency in regional language.

 Strong business acumen, including convincing and negotiation skills.

 Ability to work under pressure.

 Proficiency in developing and maintaining effective working relationships

 Sound knowledge of sales function.

 Ability to understand new market trends and new up-gradations in company business.

 Basic knowledge of computers.

 Good interpersonal skills – Ability to maintain confidentiality, Listening ability, Ability to control emotions.

Prerequisite: Candidate should have his own vehicle (2 wheeler/4 wheeler)
