About The Apprentice Project (TAP):
TAP is an initiative by alumni from Harvard University, the Indian Institute of Management, and Teach For India. Our vision is to empower all children from low-income communities to be leaders of today and tomorrow.
We do this with our online WhatsApp-based platform with volunteer/mentor support to ensure all children can express how they feel and learn what they love from home. Our goal is to build leadership skills using Art & Craft, Dance, Drama, Coding, Electronics, etc, as mediums.

In 2020-2021 we reached 10,000+ children to help them develop essential leadership skills while learning what they are passionate about. The results show an 88% increase in their skills and 75% of children applying these learnings in their schools and communities.
