JD: 1. Responsible for
acquiring clients interested in equities, currencies & derivatives. 2.
Counselling clients on investment pertaining to equity markets based on Kotak Securities
Research recommendations 3. Acting as Relationship managers for acquired
clients to ensure nuance free induction in the markets 4. Managing
relationships with clients enabling references which will further boost
acquisitions. 5. Handling client procrastination with ease. 6. Coordinating
promotional activities and executing schemes for getting incremental business
from time to time. 7. Responsible for handling customer queries and maintaining
the health of the relationship.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 1. Should be high
energy, passionate and focused on results. 2. Should have excellent
communication & presentation skills. 3. Sales skills and ability to strike
a rapport with people quickly and move around large teams seamlessly. 4. Very
good at managing relationships. 5. Awareness of the stock markets – Indian in
addition to Asian/US/European would be an added advantage.
