Job profile: Associate – Talent Acquisition

We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Talent Acquisition group based out of Hyderabad.

We are looking for brilliant and resourceful candidates as an associate for our Hyderabad-based Talent Acquisition team.  If hired, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our recruiting operations.  Additionally, you will gain good exposure to creating, refining, and executing strategies to identify and attract world-class talent for various Finance, and Technical teams.  The Talent Acquisition team also works closely with the D. E. Shaw group in New York on various strategic and business development initiatives.

We are looking for individuals from a wide range of backgrounds, with extraordinary academic or professional achievements, who have demonstrated initiative and intelligence in their previous endeavors. The ideal candidates will be exceptionally bright and highly motivated creative thinkers. Attention to detail and the ability to think unconventionally are important for this role. Candidates should also possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

Compensation Offered: Rs.15.5 – 16.0 lacs per annum.


Job Location: Hyderabad
