Guest Relations Executive

Male / Females: Females only
Job Description: Meet and Greet Guests on arrival, interact with them during their stay, and bid a fond farewell. Handle personalization for VIPs and loyalty program guests. Handle Guests feedback and resolve complaints.
Will involve shift duties (Morning & Evening Shifts). Eligibility criteria: Well groomed candidates, ht. min 5'4" preferred with proportionate weight. Fluent English Communication & Confidence to interact with guests from various fields including Corporate Heads, Celebrities, International travelers, etc during their stay at the hotel. Physical fitness required as the job involves standing and walking around in the lobby during duty hours.
Gross salary: 15000 to 18000 per month
Other Benefits: Accommodation for outstation candidates based on
availability. Meals on duty & uniform provided. Late night pick up/drop
Telephones Associate (WelcomAssistance)
No of vacancies: 3
Male / Females: Females only
Job Description: Job involves communication over the telephone. Answer all incoming calls in the hotel and transfer to the required extension. An important link in guest services as all in-house guests call WelcomAssistance for services. Will need to coordinate with various departments (Housekeeping, Engineering, etc) to ensure guest requests are met. Will involve shift duties (Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts). Eligibility criteria: Well groomed candidates. Fluent English Communication. Polite and friendly approach to answering calls and calmly respond to guest queries/complaints
Gross salary: 10000-12000

Front Desk Associate (Reception)

Job Description: Handle guests Check-in and Check-out process at the Reception Counter & interact with them during their stay. Allocate Rooms, handle guest billing. Handle personalization for VIPs and loyalty program guests. Handle Guests feedback and resolve complaints. Will involve shift duties (Morning, Afternoon & Night Shifts). Eligibility criteria: Well groomed candidates, with proportionate weight. Fluent English Communication & Confidence to interact with guests from various fields including Corporate Heads, Celebrities, International travellers, etc during their stay at the hotel.
